On receipt of payment I will contact you by email to arrange your six session dates .

Once the session dates have been arranged you will receive automatic  booking confirmation from my 10 to 8 diary as well as appointment reminders prior to each of your sessions.

You will be asked to fill in an online consent form , as well as two Covid-19 forms prior to your sessions (if you are taking face to face sessions).
